Airside - after Security Checks, take the stairs next to Gate 27 (lift access for wheelchair passengers only is located by Gate 26) to the 2nd Floor. The lounge is also accessible to Non-Schengen passengers not in transit and prior to Schengen Passport Control but please allow approximately 15 minutes to reach the departure gates.

The Aspire Lounge’s ultra-cool, space-age design, complete with natural textures, retro-styled pod chairs and brightly coloured seating, is bound to make an instant impression. HEL / FAQDo I need a membership or a business class ticket?
No. Aspire Lounge by Gate 27 is booked per visit, with any airline and in any class.
What time can I go in?
Passes start at 05:00, local time in Europe/Helsinki. Yours is valid only within the lounge opening hours.
Do children pay?
Children age 2-11 pay, and in most lounges the same fare as an adult. If a lounge charges them less, you see both prices when you add children. Babies age 0-1 go free.
How many people can I bring?
Up to 9 per booking, the limit set by the lounge itself. If there are more of you, make two bookings one after the other, or write to us at least 7 days ahead and we arrange it with the lounge.
What do I take on the day?
The voucher we email you and your ID. At the desk they check the name of the booking holder.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the lounge opens on your date. You do it yourself from My Ozu, in your orders, and the money goes back to the same card. After that the lounge is committed and the booking no longer changes.
