MRU / FAQDo I need a membership or a business class ticket?
No. Amedee Maingard Lounge is booked per visit, with any airline and in any class.
What time can I go in?
Passes start at 05:00, local time in Indian/Mauritius. Yours is valid only within the lounge opening hours.
How many people can I bring?
Up to 9 per booking, the limit set by the lounge itself. If there are more of you, make two bookings one after the other, or write to us at least 7 days ahead and we arrange it with the lounge.
What do I take on the day?
The voucher we email you and your ID. At the desk they check the name of the booking holder.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the lounge opens on your date. You do it yourself from My Ozu, in your orders, and the money goes back to the same card. After that the lounge is committed and the booking no longer changes.
